Welcome to My journey

  Hello and welcome!

This blog is dedicated to a personal journey through and exploration of the tarot, to last the entire year of 2021. I will be spending approximately 4 days with each card, studying various interpretations and meanings, as well as meditating with each card and carrying it with me during the time I am devoted to it. For this purpose I have chosen the Ryder Waite deck and while it is not my absolute favorite, it is the first tarot deck that was made, according to modern knowledge. Most other decks are somewhat based of rider Waite and the symbology is somewhat rich with in the deck, helping both the novice and experienced reader see many aspects of each card just by looking. I prefer decks that are more diverse as a whole, representing different ethnicities and orientations, but I do think this deck is a good base to start off and then one can expand upon others.

A bit about me:

I have been intuitively reading tarot since I was about 11, and my aunt and older brother both taught me basics about the cards, eg meanings of the suits, difference between major and minor arcana, how to pick up clues from soft focusing on the card, etc. Since that’s how I was taught, that’s how I read and I have always read people for what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear, though I do my best to deliver the message in a way that is palatable and helpful. My goal in reading is always to offer some support from the universe and guidance for whom ever has entrusted me with the secrets of their life.

I started this journey because I wanted to have a deeper connection to each card so that I could have a wider base to draw from during readings. When you are blessed with certain psychic gifts, it can often feel like a curse until you accept them, and often times you push away things that engage those gifts. Tarot is one of those things that engages my gifts and I have always felt a certain intense energy with the cards that has never gone away. The feeling of needing to connect deeper to the cards has not subsided and so it is time for me to embark on a journey through the cards, devoted to better understanding them and how they can help me share the messages I receive daily. This journey will coincide with a year long devotional to Tripura Sundari or Lalita, a tantric Goddess of great power who truly created this world. She is present in the Sri Yantra, which many people know of and it can be found everywhere.

As far as psychic stuff goes, I am a psychic intuitive and Empath, with the skills of ; clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience. I am a reiki master in two lineages, a high priestess of witchcraft, and an ordained minister. I am a 3 rd generation seer, as far as I know, though it may go back as far as 5 generations or more.

I feel so blessed in sharing this journey and can’t wait to share it all with you
